Initially, I was fascinated by photo editing because it seemed simple. I spent about 1-2 months learning mobile photo editing. But soon, I realized professional editing requires software like Photoshop and Illustrator, which are best used on a computer. That led me to explore other skills.
I came across website development on YouTube. I discovered that to create websites like Google, I needed to learn coding. At first, I got confused by the number of courses available and felt it was too hard for me. I watched a few videos and gave up.
One morning, I woke up at 5 AM with a strong mindset: No matter what, I will learn to code! I picked up a notebook, opened YouTube again, and started watching tutorials seriously. I began with HTML and learned basic tags like <h1> to <h6>, <p>, and <hr> etc.
Learning on a Mobile Device
I didn’t have a computer, so I used the TrebEdit mobile app for all my practice. Slowly, my interest grew and I moved on to learn basic CSS. I started building colorful and creative layouts using just my mobile.
It took me around 5-6 months to learn just HTML and CSS. I had dreams of learning all programming languages in the world! But after starting college (11th class), I lost track and got busy.
Restarting My Journey
In 2th class, I made a decision to restart my web development journey. I relearned HTML, CSS, and started JavaScript. Then came a big milestone — I created my own portfolio website.
Uploading My Website
I developed my entire portfolio using only my Android mobile. I saved the files through File Manager, purchased a hosting plan on Hostinger, and successfully uploaded my first website.
That was the moment I realized: after 1.5 years of struggle and learning, I had finally become a junior frontend website developer.
Message to Beginners
If you're just starting, don't worry if you don't have a computer or laptop. You can still build and host websites. In TrebEdit, responsive design requires a paid screen mode — I used the ad-watch option to access it for free.
Don't wait for perfect tools. Start where you are, use what you have.

Thank you for reading my journey! I hope it inspires you to take your first step today. Keep me in your prayers.
